We need the units in the physics to measure the phenomena. Please, suppose, the distance between two cities A and B is 100 km. If you are in point C somewhere in between, AC plus BC is 100 km. But, Lagrangian is AC minus BC. Lagrangian is the difference between kinetic energy and potential energy. You can see application of Lagrangian in the literature of the physics. Lagrangian Multiplier is an application of this method.   I try to apply it to earthquakes study.  Let us take L = Lagrangian L= square of D by power of 10 of K. Where D is the depth and M= the magnitude of an earthquake. Lambda is a coefficient to find a minimum.  Q is equal to L minus lambda by a function G. I take G as a formula for a circle.
I replace D=x and K=y. Then,
x to power of 2+ y to power of 10 – lambda(x to power of 2+ y to power of 2  minus 1)=0
Square of D by power of 10 of K has the shape of magma.
Lambda shows the force of around, here, the circle. Let’s take the earthquakes of Pyrenees 4.8 Richter and 3.3 Richter with the depth of 2 km. 
 x to power of 2+ y to power of 10 – lambda(x to power of 2+ y to power of 2 minus 1)=0; with x=2 and y=4.8.
You find 26375804/38.04= 693370.37 = lambda 1
For x=2 and y=3.3 and you find
612609.9/13.89=44104.4 = lambda 2
lambda 1/ lambda 2= 15.72
If we take the G for a greater circle x to power of 2 plus y to power of 2 minus 8, we find lambda 1 = 849735.95 and

You see for the first example of Pyrenees the two divisions of lambdas are more distant, but for Alaska case the force is strong even on a circle with a diameter of two. It might be a tool to measure the strength of an earthquake when you have different depth and magnitude, regardless of the date. I hope you find something valuable with this method.

By a complete chance I found the book of “ The psychology of invention in the Mathematical Field” written by Jacques Hadamard. The writer explains some scientists believe that all creativity has an aspect of chance and hazard. Suppose I did not buy this book, our mutuall discussion could be, therefore, about something else, but might be useful as well. Writer agrees with Poincare, french mathematician, on layers of unconsciousness for inventions and inovations. I can add the following as my experience that we need to know the subject as much as we can. You can not build a strong building without a strong basement. Of course decoration of a building is something else.                         Last Earthquakes in Iran like in Hormozgan or Kerman Province, are due to South pole heat activities. You can see the fault between west of Makran region with east of Arabian plate and his northeren part in Iran onh natrual maps. The fault could be seen in Fareghan in Hormozagan province and discontinous to northy and tree like branches along mountaiunous region of Kerman province. The mountains are bent or drawn to the north with some bending, with separations showing the pressure on these regions. The fault near Chatrud is crossing the road from Kerman to Zarand. In the bridges along this road between Chatrud and Zarand you can construct the supports and parallel scissors shaped connections to control the movements as mentionned in my other articles. The same is true for Sirch or Fareghan. Sometimes, we do not believe we are all on the same boat. We think the damage to the other does not concern us. Take, please, the economic case. Every country is trying to be more competitive, and there are reports on bad economic functions. But, if an international agreement be signed over lowering the level of competition and allowing a generation, not accustomed with new technologies, and going to disappear in some years to live in ease. Then, educating new generation with new arrangements and technology to take their own place, will help us to live with the luck. It is only a psychological feeling. To drive a car with a speed of 300 km per hour can happen one day, but the children growing with hunger and poverty will not forget their misery, at least, several years later , while living even in wealth.

When I was 8 years old I understood my father sells patches from a German company, Stahlgruber TipTop. The patches were for repairing elastomeric tubes, tubes of bicycles, passenger cars, and trucks. To repair the puncture they had to round the end of the tear. If not the sharp end could develop even after the repair. The round end could avoid further tear.

I was looking to off shore earthquake near Oregon state. In the bed of the ocean, in the vicinity of the epicenter, you sea the layers of the earth, side by side. The strike of a something to the earth to create the moon left some of the earth layers exposed. A layer in the middle, with a steep face, could be seen as a broken part. A square with a triangle on each side forming a trapezoid are seen. If one day this steep face collapse, the tsunami might be dangerous as the as some years ago Japanese tsunami. Of course, the area is very large and the danger is not immediate and might send the waves toward East Asia, as well, like Indonesian tsunami of some years ago. The epicenter for this off shore earthquake is on hidden under sediments and is a sharp corner. To avoid, at least, somehow, some danger, American can dig the ocean bed on epicenter for taking the sample in several points and these points on a half circle shape. Later they should fill wells with something stronger. And later, you can give the strength to other corners. It is good to study ocean bed and inform the world about the results as you expedite man to other planets.

In the science of the logic we need first a language both sides understand and the definitions both sides agree upon. How an extraterrestrial can contact you? he sends you, maybe, a picture of his body. In this way of reasonning, if we are on a wrong way, we go further without any findings and loosing our time. Reengineering our strategies are a must in present situiation. Of course, by the falling meteorites we have to develop the ballistique techynics, if we do not have it already. The resources, it seems to me, are limited in the present time, if not, we did not have a crisis.   It was predicted a big stone is passing nearby. There was no prediction of meteorites fall. When,. This asteroid arrived to the nearest point to the earth, suppose in front of the equator, the gravity forced the small stones on it to drop. As the deirection of the asteroid was from south to north, the meteorites depending their weight were lunched. One of them turned around the earth and striked the earth from north to south in Chelyabinsk in Russia. Therefore if we could shake it before arrival to the earth some moths ago, the meteorites could go in different direction and some of them could never reach the earth. For future cases, we have to lunch a rocket toward the asteroid and in nearby, lunch a big elastomeric ball to shake it. If shaked far from the earth, we stay more in security.

Fermat stated  a hypothese about numbers and left a note I demonstrated it. But, the note was never found and nobody proved it wholy even after centuries. Let it be, that is why I explain my self. To continue my last article, for future cases of astroids ciming to the earth, we have to construct a rocket with the noze made of non- cured elastomers. How long rubber or elastic noze should be? Is a matter of  computation. The noze should be covered with a thin metal and be removed after leaving the earth atmosphere. By friction with atmosphere, the elastomer will be cured. But compoundin should be more and less soft due to computations.  As it will strike the astroid it will bounce back. After bouncing back it should explose enough far from the astoid. The stones sticked to astroid will leave the astroid and even can change its target. Even, several rockets can strike the astroid one after another to insurre the earth populations.
In elementary Physics we have law of action and reaction. When in the beginning  of the earth hyistory, the atmosphere and soil was rich in Iron and life was some kind of iron –energy of different valence of the iron and their conversion to each other. The iron precipitated and only a memory like hemoglobin remained. The whole geologic time of this period with actions and reactions ended. Sometimes, the ball you launch strike the wall and comeback and sometimes, millions of years take for return of the reaction. Moraly, please, take care what you do. Though an astroid is subject to solar system forces. The question is how the matter can be intelligent? Does time learn anything to be intelligent in his manner? Well, let us stay out of superstitions. I remember some days ago on 6 February there was an earthquake in Solmoin Island. The same time we had a very small earthquake in Norway, showing the extent of the heat in south hemisphere. Later, the astroid strikes the russia city of Chelyabinsk. The volcano in the far north east of russia erupts. What happened? The south hemisphere was too hot in Solomon Island  and in Norway and North Sea with the petroloeum exploitation we see the action of magma. It is radiations and stronger magma waves arrive even in winter in North Hemisphere. The strike of astroid with an angle similar to magma convection goes deep to the earth. The curve of magma convection becomes wider. Asd the magma goes to north east in ther north hemisphere, it makes pressure to east. A wider surface makes pressure on a smaller surface. Hydraulic laws. As the magma goes out in kamtchtka, the northern part solidifies. The magma makes pressure on south and Etna in Italy erupts. These eruptions make clouds and a colder atmosphere. As an article from nasa explain, without these eruptions, the earth would be much hotter. This hot means sometimes stronger earthquakes and not eruptions. This astroid killed and injured people in Chelybinsk, but maybe this summer we won’t have fire in the russian shrubs. The action and the  reaction

In 15.02.2013 a meteor stroke the earth into Urals, Russia. The earth as a puzzle was differently influenced in his regions. For example the region to the north east of Iran became rainier. What I suppose and it is a supposition, is that recent Asia Air and Germanwings pilots stroke the ocean or land to imitate the meteor to change climate, in a smaller scale, of some regions. But the problem can turn to dangerous and damage extensively. Therefore leave the task to international organizations. If something is necessary they can fire a rocket without killing people o damaging materials. If it is not plausible, why to do that?

Sometimes, the earthquakes can cause extensive human and material damages. This is the reason I continue my last article on Einstein curvature formula. It consists of a G, g, and a tensor T with some coefficient. The G is the gravitation, g is the coefficient that specify a space. Suppose you have a plastic net and you drag from several points.   Then, your regular net changes to a distorted shape. This is g comes to the effect. The third term is T, a tensor. Suppose you have a crossword table. You can place a number inside each square and you have a matrix.  If the number has an orientation like the speed of something toward somewhere, for example, a car going to the north. Place several tables over each other and your matrix is now a tensor with 3 dimensions.  You might imagine more dimensions. I tell you another example. Suppose, you have an office with 9 employees. Each employee has some characteristics like the name, age, task, address, etc. You have a table.  Suppose several offices, therefore, you can place tables over each other and you receive a 3 dimensions block. What happens if we try to relate a person to another person. In the first table we number the first person as a11 and the second as a12 and so on. The second office is number a21, a22, to a29. We have to create a table with horizontals and verticals a11, a12, …a19 a21 a22, …a29, and so on. We can say a13 has a relation with a67 and we place a 1 in the square of cross word.a13a67= 1.

Suppose you did this table for one city, and you do it for other cities. You have many dimensions. In the matter, you tensor should have too many with an astronomical number to have a mass and gravitation. Next time I explain more If I can.

I tried to read something on p and s wave velocities. I had an article on tectonics physics of western Urals. The recent fall of the meteorite in Eastern Urals has some consequences on the future tectonics activities. Of course, the effect is not huge but has some influence, anyhow. The northern part has gone down and southern part has gone up. Why we had a Caspian Sea offshore earthquake. For western part, it is pushing under European part. Then, we have north mid Atlantic ridge and Iceland earthquakes. Tough, the Iceland activities are an effect of south hemisphere and mid Atlantic ridge as well. Is influencing even the Crete and recent earthquakes of northern Africa?  The summer will arrive to North hemisphere and recent events will emphasize subductions in some points.  The land goes up and the mountain tries to slide down. We have to construct roads, buildings, and other things on the foothills to reduce the effects oh earthquakes. I studied earth magnetic anomalies as well and it is possible that all earthquakes happen in subduction zones, magnetic anomalies regions, or little mountain slides for most of them. It is clear most of  the anomalies lie under some recent layers. Anomalies are volcanic activities of the past.

Around 28th May 2013 the planets near the Earth and the Sun could be seen together around the evening. Anyhow, you can find more information with the journals of astronomy or internet. The problem of 3 objects moving relative to each other is enough complicated to predict. It might have some tidal effects. As I followed the Earthquake of South-East of Iran- Pakistan border, I can mention that as the heat arrive to some points under the Earth, it can erupt only a small amount and then the heat diffuse all around. The stones under pressure of above other stones with heat are deformed and are pressed more. The result is a very small sinking, but throughout kilometers the sinking could be important. In recent Earthquakes we had the effects of subduction and sinking together.

I was looking to South Eastern earthquakes of Iran, it is clear that most of these earthquakes originate to volcanic activity of the region. We are going to summer and it is good t6o cool down the region by geothermal energy production, as we have mud volcanoes around the region. Yahoo weather has, sometimes, very amazing pictures. One series is sun pictures. The pictures are better, because, you can look at them as long as you like. One picture shows a flare like a tornado. I would like to refer to Oklahoma tornado and low intensities earthquake of Oklahoma. Suppose the earth core behave exactly like the sun. I know there is a corridor of tornado throughout the USA, but emphasizing effects might come from the core, as we had an impact to the earth on Urals in Russia. It is good to take care about reconstructions. There should be the construction of a hypermarket, an underground goods and food stocks, parking lot, and an amphitheater, as a shelter, people could see movies during tsunamis, tornadoes, or nuclear accidents.

One French site (I know French) said recently the Scandinavian countries are warmer than usual and France is experiencing colder spring. Last month was a busy month for volcanoes around the world. But let me refer, again, to meteor of 15.02.2013 into Urals, Russia. What happened to the earth? At that time the earth axe is displaced toward Europe, very, very, small displacement, but anyhow was displaced. The North Pole is displaced toward Europe. The Atlantic Ocean is larger toward the south, and larger part is exposed to the sun and more evaporation. The main problem is the summer when the forests are exposed to more heat in Europe and Russia. They take the cautions and nobody makes fire for picnics in these forests. For Canada and USA they are farther to North Pole, but larger Ocean water is exposed to heat. Oklahoma is in the middle and from both side,   Atlantic and Pacific oceans they have more clouds. It is good that Airlines meet in a conference and arrange a new Schedule. Even European and Countries having a good network of trains should arrange new schedule. It is in the interest of everyone.

I could not access to complete article, but, Mrs.  Von Savant has a high IQ. In his biography she referred to Mr. Wiles and demonstration of famous Fermat Theorem. She explains Wiles has used non-Euclidian geometry for his demonstration. Suppose you have a paper right in the horizon of your eyes. You see only a line. It is possible to have a Cubism painting on this paper. Some reality is accompanying something imaginary. Cubic dimensions painted on two dimensions. To go to higher dimensions and returning to 4 usual dimensions is possible. In first line of the article of Mr. Wiles you see a Latin citation from Fermat, about cubic functions? Anyhow, Mr. Wiles, a genius mathematician, begins with Elliptic curves and modularity. I spent one week to understand 5 first lines. I know modern algebra, but not in the level of a mathematician, and of course, I do not have such IQ, but the division of work is what we forget almost. Elliptic curves are curves of degree 3 or 4. I explained you in one of my articles the degree 4 is on planets movements, or superposition of sinusoidal curves of different amplitude and wave lengths for example seismograph curves. Intuitively we can say at most (a-1) to power of n+ a to power of a= (a+1) to power of n   could not be true as 1000000= (a) to power of 3 is 10 to power 18 and 1000001 = (a+1) to power of 3 = 1000001000001×1000001 = 1000001000001000001; 1000001000001000001- 10 to power 18= 1000001000001 it is not (a-1), but nearly [(a-1)/100] to power of 3. or 100 to power of 3 is =a.                   (a/3) to power of 3+ (a) to power of 3= 28[(a) to power of 3]/ 27; after 27 we 64 for 4 to power of 3. I write them because I will forget them if I do not write them.  The other point is modularity. Suppose, we have number 7/7= 1+ 0X7; 8/7= 1+1/7; 9/7=1+2/; 10/7=1+3/7; 11/7= 1 +4/7 ; 12/7= 1+ 5/7; 13/7= 1+6/7; 14/7= 2+0X7 you see between  7/7 to 14/7 or 21/7 we have  0,1,2,3,4,5,6. We say these numbers are a module of 7. Of course the modularity of curves covering an elliptic curve is out of the scope of this article, and maybe if I understand it later, I will tell you as well. My aim is to conclude something about earthquakes. Yesterday we had an earthquake in Australia. It occurred in the middle, in Northern Territory in a remote unpopulated area. It suggested me that total energy resulting from all kind of energy upon the earth could, according to volumes, superficies, densities and …become modular.

In my last article you can believe there is a mistake. But, in reality it is not. I would like to remind you a property of Fermat theorem numbers:                                                                                              (2n-1) to power of n+ (2n) to power of n< (2n+1) to power of n;         (a-1) to power of n+ (a) to power of n> (a+1) to power of n   for a>2n

       by a narrow difference. Therefore, for n=1000000 it is evident that the left side is much greater and I mentioned a less quantity to show even other cases could be wrong as well. Why I mention all that is we need mathematics for our techniques. Anyhow forgive me if I make mistakes. For recent earthquakes like Greece, Guatemala, Mexico stronger than 6 we need to cool the earth if we can by geothermal electricity production for a while. Even in Greece we have ancient volcanoes and they might produce this kind of energy, or even off-shore installations.

I mentioned in one of my articles the movement of Indian continent toward the north and taking some mountains from the Iran to east. This movement is not only observed in the north of Iran but in the south as well. Even, in other countries we can see the related movements according to their own tectonics movements. It is emphasized by local volcanic, magmatic, or tectonics activities. The summer is coming and for the recent Firoozkuh earthquake of 3.9 Richter, near the Tehran, more and less, some solution in my point of view is to develop the country road between Moji, and Klidge big villages to Zirab, another small city in the north east of Firoozkuh. The eruption of Damavand at the time of eruption created several faults and movement of eastern part by Indian tectonics and heat of the summer ask for cooling the earth and bridging these two parts. It is a solution for other parts of the world as well.
