It seams to me some of the scientists do not agree with the theory of warming the soil and the water, during winter, and cooling down, during summer, in the active fault region. This is happening while in next years the sun activities are growing and big difficulties will arise and beside the earthquake we might see the destroying floods. We might imagine, for example in Europe the air is cooler than Iran, this is not true. But we have to take care that too much rains, mud can cover the gap between two sides of the fault and avoid water penetrates in between and freezes. When ice forms between two sides of the fault and increases this gap size the heat has more possibility to penetrate to upper part and increases the expansion of the materials under the ice and crate more trouble. It is clear more activity inside the faults during the summer shows more activity of the magma resulting from received heat from the sun to the earth. You can stir the content of a glass as a mixture of the materials, and see in the bottom of glass the materials mix in a lesser activity. It seams to me most of the earthquakes, besides fall of the structure, have an active source.
We know the earth has several million years old and had stronger magnetic field earlier, in a manner, besides the strong lines, the magnetic field lines were more near the central axe of the field than present time. For this reason, the ends of the magma columns on the ground were on the circles with the same center. I encountered such a phenomenon in the mountains situated in the north of the Tehran. It is clear only on the aerial photo. It seams to me a fault has cut the mountain and created a distance between two parts. In the same time this fault has separated the upper part of a region due to crystallization, and we can see the end of the columns of magma over the circles of the same center. After millions of years, this axe has changed several times the direction and we have many buried columns end. By a weaker magnetic field at the present time it is possible that the ends do not reach any more the near ground position. The important point is that these ends could yet trigger an earthquake in a fault. Magma can go up easier in the present columns. Then, it seams to me the water penetrating in the faults, during the winter, increases the gap between two sides of the fault and open the way of magma heat and cause the increase of more heat exchange. During the summer, the heat resulting from magma penetration causes more expansion, and increases the gap between two sides of the fault resulting to more excitation of the fault. In the case of floods, the raining depends on humidity and temperature. In the case of a cold winter, the heat exchange of the magma with the air and environment is more, and the soil becomes colder and in the presence of humidity the raining will be more and we will be the witness of dangerous floods. It is clear; the cost of heat adjustment of the earth is much less than the damages. The work on the ancient volcanoes crater, the place of the impact of the stones from the skies (due to compact soil and more near position of the magma columns end to the ground), and marginal regions I mentioned in my recent article and all of them are damageable points and we should take care of them. The heat exchange of these points is very important. Of course, we should not forget working on the shallow points of the sea near the coasts, if not, raining amount on the coasts causes floods. The important problems, in the next years, when sun activities are higher, show themselves. Then a global and world effort is necessary. And we will see, with the necessary and on time measures, less strong earthquakes or floods.
